Vancouver Police say Cardinal is “currently serving a long-term supervisory order following two violent sexual assaults in 2010.”

Cardinal is a 5’8″ tall, 165-pound Indigenous male. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his upper back, and was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, a backpack and black-rimmed eye glasses, describe the VPD.

Anyone who sees Cardinal, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
